The Ultimate Solution for Building Managers

ServAce is a web-based app HVAC Monitoring System that collects field information in real-time. Then provides it to clients and our Haakon staff where and when they need it. All this, right at your fingertips!

How it works:

As work is completed, technicians enter field reports into ServAce. Website access to ServAce is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week by Computer or Smartphone.

When technicians determine repairs are required, they can prepare quotes on site which ServAce emails immediately to building management personnel.

Clients can log onto ServAce to place service calls, view or approve outstanding quotes, look up equipment information, and review work performed.

For those wishing to receive the benefits of ServAce without having to log in, it can be configured so all completed technician reports are emailed immediately to the appropriate building management personnel.

ServAce also helps to minimize our environmental impact by eliminating paper field reports and by utilizing electronic backup documentation to reduce our paper consumption by 50,000 sheets annually.
