ServAce is a web-based information system that monitors HVAC systems remotely through the collection of real-time field report information. Both Haakon staff and our clients have access to all their HVAC equipment information right where and when they need it.
Website access to ServAce is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by computer, laptop or smartphone.
As work is completed, technicians enter field reports into ServAce. When technicians determine that maintenance or repairs are required, they can prepare quotes on-site. A notification by email is sent immediately to building management personnel for approval.
Clients can log onto ServAce to request a service call, view or approve outstanding quotes, look up equipment information, and review any work performed. For clients who want the benefits of ServAce without having to log in, we can configure the account so that all completed technician reports are emailed directly to the appropriate building management personnel.
ServAce also helps to minimize our environmental impact by eliminating paper field reports and by utilizing electronic backup documentation. This helps reduce our paper consumption by more than 75,000 sheets annually.
